Since the author of this plugin doesn't seem to be around, I have forked the plugin and updated it to work with the latest version of TypeDoc with the help of Gerrit. You can find it on npm: The source code is here: https://github.com/Zamiell/typedoc-plugin-not-exported/tree/publish |

I commented out the
twonumbers hreftest for now. The link still exists, but the layout changed, and I don't know how to derive the proper N numbers. The way the test is written seems a little silly (and brittle, since it might break again in the next TypeDoc update).
